In the centre of an old mining town in rural Tasmania you’ll find a bustling scene of Mountain Bike Riders, adventure seekers and nature lovers all coming to explore what is beautiful and unique about our town. If you’re on the search for the perfect place to stay during your journey in Derby look no further. Choose from our two bedroom Bank House B&B, a renovated 1888 heritage listed bank in the centre of town, or our modern and well equipped one bedroom Cabin (or you can book both if you have a larger group!).

B&B
We proudly offer the upstairs floor of our Heritage listed house for guest accomodation. Two large bedrooms each with a four poster Queen bed, a grand living room and bathroom(with underfloor heating) are included in your suite
Breakfast can be inclusive and is served from 7.30am until 9am in the formal dining room. A typical breakfast is free range eggs, bacon & homemade sourdough toast.
B&B is not suitable for children under the age of 14 years.

Cabin
Gorgeous compact cabin, one bedroom with 2 long single beds and open plan living. There is a fully equiped kitchen including oven, induction cooktop and dishwasher. Bathroom has underfloor heating and a washing machine. Smart TV and wi fi.
Private balcony with bbq & egg chairs which face the large walnut tree which is covered in fairy lights. A mud room with steady racks are available for your mountain biking gear. Drive in access right to your door. Breakfast is not included
